Unlike traditional consulting firms, innovare-tec invests its own capital and takes on operational responsibility. The model combines consulting expertise with genuine entrepreneurial risk and long-term commitment.

We primarily invest in IT infrastructure / telecommunications, health-tech, mobility, and Tech B2B in the DACH region. Our long-term goal is five strong participations with 1-3M€ EBITDA each.

The transformation goes through four phases: 1. Acquisition, 2. Operational leadership as Interim CEO (6-12 months) focusing on tech and processes, 3. CEO transition, and 4. Strategic oversight for continuous value creation.
