As COO in a PE-financed greenfield project: 800km fiber across 4 states (15,000 homes passed), team built from 0 to 50, exit preparation. Plus extensive M&A experience as due diligence manager.

International Sourcing

8+ years independently managing a global sourcing volume of €30M+ (focus: China, India, Korea) for external partners and own companies.

Turnaround & Build

Restructured, merged, strategically realigned companies and executed partial exits — as consultant and investor as well as with the Business Excellence Department of Siemens and greenfield startups.

Holding Model
